For the second year running, Michelmores’ Private Client team has been named one of the 2017 eprivateclient Top Law Firms in the UK – an initiative designed to identify and recognise those firms that provide the highest quality professional advice and support to clients in tumultuous times.
The rankings are based on a survey of over 140 law firms in the UK, which looks at data from 2016 relating to the number of private client partners and fee earners, new solicitors recruited in 2016, total fee income and private client fee income as a percentage of the firm’s total fee income.
2016 saw a number of accolades for the Private Wealth team, including being shortlisted for Private Client Team of the Year in the British Legal Awards 2016. Edward Porter, Associate in the Private Wealth team in Bristol won Bronze for Lawyer of the Year – Regional in the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards 2016. He was also named in Citywealth’s 100 Future Leaders Awards for 2016.
The annual list will be marked with a champagne reception on 25 April to celebrate, with select eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35s, senior figures from eprivateclient’s Top Accountancy Firms and members of the Private Asset Management (PAM) Awards’ Judging Panel also in attendance.
