Michelmores has appointed solicitor James Frampton to its burgeoning Private Wealth team where he will specialise in tax, trusts and succession.
29 year-old James joins from city firm Withers LLP where his experience in tax, trusts, will and probate included advising non UK residents, clients with multi-jurisdictional investment and overseas private trust company structures. He is also a student member of STEP (The Society of Trusts & Estates practitioners).
Michelmores Partner and co-Head of Private Wealth, Richard Cobb, said:
“James is a very talented lawyer who has gained valuable experience working in the City. He has worked extensively on an international scale and this will add value to our growing offshore private wealth practice.”
James Frampton added:
“I am delighted to return to the Westcountry and to join a firm with such ambition and dynamism. I am relishing the challenges that Michelmores will undoubtedly provide.”
