Reform to non-dom rules

The UK government has announced that from 6 April 2025 the current tax regime for UK resident non-UK domiciliaries (non doms) will be abolished and there will be the creation of a new regime, for individuals commencing UK residence. The radical changes will dramatically reduce the tax privileges available to wealthy foreigners living in the UK.
