Michelmores has been appointed to advise South Devon College following a successful tender and presentation under the Crescent Purchasing Consortium framework.
South Devon College has five campuses in Torbay and the surrounding area including Paignton, Newton Abbot and Torquay. The College offers people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds a wide range of courses and qualification opportunities. An Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ college, it is one of the top Further Education and Tertiary Colleges in England based on student success and achievement.
Led by Emma Honey, who will also be South Devon College’s Strategy Partner, Michelmores has been reappointed to act on property and planning matters, continuing a well-established and successful partnership.
The three-year agreement also marks the start of a significant new assignment for Michelmores’ Education team, led by Antony Power, who will advise on college and student-related matters.
