Entries are now open for the Michelmores Property Awards, which showcase and celebrate the very best of the South West’s property and construction industry.
Michelmores is calling upon property developers, building contractors, architects and other industry professionals to nominate buildings, projects and businesses from across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset for the annual awards, which are now in their 14th year.
For the 2016 awards, the nine categories will include: Project of the Year with a Value Under £2million, Project of the Year with a Value £2-7million, Project of the Year with a Value Over £7million, Building of the Year, Heritage Project of the Year, Sustainable Project of the Year, The John Laurence Award for Professional Firm of the Year, Residential Project of the Year 41 Units and Over and Residential Project of the Year 40 Units and Under (but more than six).

Previous winning entries have included schools, sport centres, universities, offices, heritage attractions and new housing developments, such as the Help for Heroes Personnel Recovery Centre in Plymouth, Samuel Jones Smoke & Ale House in Exeter, South West Energy Centre in Paignton, Exeter’s Holland Park Development and The Forum at the University of Exeter.
