Entries are now open for the Michelmores Property Awards, which showcase and celebrate the very best of the South West’s property and construction industry.
Property developers, building contractors, architects and other industry professionals are being called upon to nominate buildings, projects and businesses from across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset for the annual awards, which is now in its 13th year.
Previous winning projects have included schools, sport centers, universities, offices, heritage attractions and new housing developments such as the South West Energy Centre, The Research, Innovation, Learning & Development Centre and Eagle House in Exeter, Torre Abbey and Beechfield View in Torquay, and Gilbury Hill in Cornwall.

For 2015, the eight Property Awards categories include: Commercial Project of the Year with a Value Under £5million; Commercial Project of the Year with a Value Over £5million; Building of the Year; Heritage Project of the Year; Eco Project of the Year; The John Laurence Award for Professional Firm of the Year; Residential Project of the Year 40 Units and Under and Residential Project of the Year 41 Units and Over.
