Michelmores has been appointed to the Public Sector Legal Services Framework managed by Dukefield Limited, a public sector procurement specialist which facilitates access to a range of services without a formal membership requirement.
The framework is open to any Public Sector organisation including: Central Government Departments and their agencies, Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs), NHS bodies, Local Authorities, Police Forces, Emergency Services, and Universities and other educational establishments.
Michelmores is one of only three appointees to the National One-Stop Shop lot and will provide UK-wide advice on Property, HR, and a comprehensive range of other legal services including Commercial, Contracts, Construction, Intellectual Property, Technology, Media & Communications, PPP, EU Procurement, Litigation and Debt Recovery.
