For the third year running, Michelmores’ Private Client team has been named one of the 2018 eprivateclient Top Law Firms in the UK – an initiative designed to identify and recognise those firms that provide the highest quality professional advice and support to clients in tumultuous times.
The rankings are based on a survey of over 140 law firms in the UK, which looks at data from 2017 relating to the number of private client partners and fee earners, new solicitors recruited in 2017, total fee income and private client fee income as a percentage of the firm’s total fee income.
2017 saw a number of accolades for the Private Wealth team, including Chambers High Net Worth awarding their top ranking for the team’s work in Exeter and the surrounding area. Sandra Brown, Head of the Bristol Wealth team was recognised for her exceptional work for clients. The team was also shortlisted for Private Client Legal Team of the Year (midsize firm) at the 2017/18 STEP Private Client Awards and Law Firm of the Year – Regional at the Citywealth’s Magic Circle Awards 2017.
The annual list will be marked with a champagne reception on 23 April to celebrate, with select eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35s, senior figures from eprivateclient’s Top Accountancy Firms and members of the Private Asset Management (PAM) Awards’ Judging Panel also in attendance.
