I am a Chartered Legal Executive in Michelmores’ Transactional Real Estate team working closely with the senior team on both commercial and residential property transactions.
I enjoy working on a range of commercial property transactions from site acquisitions for a well-known developer and the following disposals of the constructed units, leases, option agreements, promotion agreements, sale and leaseback transactions, unregistered conveyancing, CPO, enfranchisement, mines and minerals, development infrastructure, housing, utilities and many more areas of property transactions. I enjoy a very broad level of work where I can be tasked to any type of transaction and thrive on the knowledge and experience I collect in doing so.
I am very determined and committed to my clients on every project and have gained valuable knowledge from their transactions. I also pride myself on the relationships I have grown and continue to grow with my clients, old and new.
Having recently joined Michelmores, I have had the opportunity to complete my CILEX qualification to have qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive within the team earlier this year and feel that my career within the Transaction Real Estate team is just beginning. I am excited to be a part of a very successful and supportive team.
Acting for a developer to acquire land which had planning permission to build 21 commercial units, together with acting on the follow up sales of part of the land and the commercial units within the local area
Assisting with the conditional sale of a large area of land to a local developer to include overage details and letters of reliance
Negotiating the terms of a lease over a commercial unit for a public body
Acting for a client with their sale of a number of properties from their portfolio via auction
