Overview
I am an Associate in Michelmores’ Disputed Wills & Estates team. I work closely with individuals, families, and charities in all aspects of contentious probate and disputed estates.
I am often involved at what can be a stressful and uncertain time for people and/or their organisations. I work hard to help clients resolve their cases in a sensitive and pragmatic way. I find the process of getting to grips with complex cases and offering practical solutions – which allow clients to move forward – really rewarding.
Much of my work centres around claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, Will validity disputes, proprietary estoppel, and professional negligence. That said, my practice area is not limited to these types of claims. This means I regularly act in other kinds of trust and estate disputes wherever they arise.
I joined Michelmores in 2018 as a Trainee and qualified with the Firm in 2020.
