I’m a senior Solicitor in the Real Estate team, having been part of the friendly and supportive Michelmores team for over 15 years.
I undertake a broad range of general Commercial Property work, including purchases and sales, asset management, lettings, options, development agreements and secured lending. I have also enjoyed developing expertise in more specialist areas such as telecommunications masts, renewable energy projects, mineral extraction and personal pension funds (like SIPP and SSAS schemes).
One of my long-standing clients is Exeter Airport, who I’ve had the pleasure of assisting with estate management and development work since 2007.
Acting for Exeter Airport in connection with property arrangements following the demise of Flybe, including the surrender of 170,000 sq.ft. of maintenance base, office and hangar premises by their Administrator and a re-letting to Exeter Aerospace
Leading on the negotiation and roll-out of template telecommunications mast agreements for the Forestry Commission across 35 sites, and the exchange of an on-going Framework Agreement with one of the national mobile signal providers
Acting on the purchase and letting of new premises for an international video conferencing company, to be part owned by a SSAS employee pension fund scheme
Advising a Cornish landed estate on a solar park lease with a development value of over £20 million
Advising Dorset County Council on the grant of a quarry lease for Portland stone
