I have been the Managing Partner at Michelmores since 2018 and am responsible for driving the strategy and development of the Firm. This has recently included developing the new Firm strategy, Destination 2030, which centres on building a sustainable future for our firm and our clients.
My legal background is in commercial disputes, where I have over 30 years’ experience. I joined Michelmores in 2000, having spent the early part of my career at Hogan Lovells, Harneys in the BVI, and as a partner at Pinsent Masons.
I am recognised as an ‘Eminent Practitioner’ in commercial litigation by Chambers & Partners and have been ranked consistently since 2008. Although I am now less involved in client work, I continue to oversee some key client relationships and always enjoy speaking to clients and understanding their challenges.
I am very proud to lead the Firm and I am committed to ensuring its ongoing success and positive contribution to the communities in which we operate.
I believe that the best way to deliver excellent client service is to create an environment that is an enjoyable and supportive place to work. This means continuing to develop a culture that attracts really talented people, who are not only smart, collaborative and ambitious, but also friendly and fun to work with.
