I am an Associate in the Private Property and Landed Estates team at Michelmores, based in Bristol and advising on rural property and agricultural matters.
I act on transactions including the purchase and sale of farms, landed estates and country houses. And I advise on agricultural tenancies, housing development, renewable energy, and other estate management. I have a strong interest in Natural Capital and enjoy advising landowners on the legal frameworks to secure public private funding for conservation and habitat enhancement, including Biodiversity Net Gain.
Before joining Michelmores in 2024, I practised at Forsters in London, where I qualified in 2020.
