Solicitor – Admitted 2017
“I can’t imagine anyone else helping me buy or sell property. Extremely strong subject matter knowledge, highly responsive and speedy, and most importantly very transparent and helps you think through complex issues. It’s important to have someone who boils down things to key issues so you can move quickly “
“I have used Stevie for a number of property transactions and consultancy due to her high level of attention to detail, ability to problem solve and get transactions moving. My last purchase had numerous issues which Stevie’s counterpart was unable to deal with due to the complexity, however, Stevie clearly explained the issues, guided me through each step and suggested pragmatic resolutions to help secure the property”
Overview
I’m a Senior Associate in our Private Property and Landed Estates team working with a range of clients in the private wealth sphere including entrepreneurs, landowning families and well-known individuals. My day-to-day work includes buying and selling property, along with everything that runs alongside this such as setting up building leases and management arrangements, drafting overage agreements, resolving boundary issues, advising on tenancies and dealing with rights over land (or lack of!). Location wise my work tends to be London, Cotswold and Oxfordshire focused, but I act for clients across England and Wales.
The variety in my work means that no two days are ever the same, and I can go from working on a prime central London leasehold acquisition to reviewing plans for a Cotswold estate sale.
Many of my clients are known to me from my work at previous firms, and I really enjoy getting to know them and their families, whilst looking after their legal needs.
I joined Michelmores in May 2021 having previously worked for a large international firm.
