Solicitor – Admitted 2024
Overview
I am a solicitor in the Banking, Restructuring and Insolvency team. Prior to joining Michelmores in 2024, I trained at a corporate firm in Bristol with a specialised interest in corporate sales and acquisitions. I have a background representing major lenders and UK clearing banks in both consumer and commercial litigation matters.
I have a pragmatic and commercial outlook to banking transactions and I provide succinct and practical advice to lenders and borrowers alike.
I frequently act for institutional lenders, banks and borrowers providing advice on traditional and non-traditional financing routes in relation to development finance and secured lending.
I studied Law with Advanced Proficiency in Spanish at the University of Exeter and grew up in Madrid. Outside of work, I can be found running around Bristol, in the gym or travelling further afield.
