I am an Associate in the Commercial and Regulatory Disputes Team. I joined Michelmores as a Trainee and qualified in 2019.
My practice encompasses both civil and criminal disputes. On the civil side, I specialise in commercial and corporate disputes. Areas of interest and expertise include breach of contract claims, director and shareholder disputes, injunctions to protect confidential information, insurance coverage claims, defamation, and professional negligence.
I advise on all stages of the litigation process, from pre-action initial advice through to trial and enforcement. I also advise clients on alternative dispute resolution procedures, including mediation. Whilst most cases reach a negotiated settlement, I have litigated several reported cases to trial in the High Court (see below).
On the criminal side, I advise on corporate crime and regulatory investigations. Recent experience includes advising on corporate manslaughter investigations and health and safety prosecutions.
I am a Legal 500 recommended lawyer.
