I am an Associate in the Employment team at Michelmores.
I provide contentious and non-contentious employment advice on a range of issues to both private and commercial entities across a variety of key industry sectors.
I have particular experience in providing advice to clients in respect of day-to-day HR issues pertaining to individual / collective redundancy consultation, TUPE, executive terminations, investigations, flexible working requests, and disciplinary and absence management processes.
I also provide advice on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and regularly prepare key employment documentation including contracts of employment, consultancy and service agreements, policies and staff handbooks, confidentiality agreements, and settlement agreements.
In the contentious sphere, I have a wealth of experience in dealing with Employment Tribunal litigation, representing respondents in defending claims for discrimination, unfair dismissal (including constructive dismissal), unlawful deduction of wages, and whistleblowing.
I am an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association (UK).
