Overview
I am a Paralegal working within the Employment and Immigration Teams. I graduated from law school in May 2023 where I gained a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas of law and honed key legal drafting and research skills. Prior to joining Michelmores in 2024, I worked as a legal assistant in a specialist equity release law firm which allowed me to develop strong interpersonal and client care skills.
I assist with a wide variety of employment-related matters, including both litigation and advisory work. I have experience in drafting employment contracts and settlement agreements, as well as producing advice notes on complex legal matters. I have also had vast involvement in different stages of the Tribunal process, including the preparation of hearing bundles, drafting grounds of resistance and liaising with the tribunal in relation to time sensitive and complex applications.
I also assist with a wide variety of immigration-related matters and have a real passion for assisting businesses and individuals alike. I predominantly focus on sponsor licence and associated visa applications and issues, advising clients and preparing the necessary documents. In addition, I support the team with a wide variety of alternative complex business and personal immigration matters.
