I’m an Associate in the Transactional Real Estate team, advising on diverse aspects of commercial and agricultural property. I assist a broad range of clients including private landlords, tenants, landowners, developers, company directors, pension scheme administrators across a variety of different sectors.
I graduated from the University of Exeter in LL.B. Law (First Class Honours) before attaining an LL.M. in Law (specialising in German Civil Law and European Union Law) from the University of Saarland, Germany.
Before joining Michelmores, I worked for a number of reputable law firms in East Anglia where I dealt with a variety of real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions of freehold or leasehold land, development land, grant of new leases, lease renewals and assignments and secured finance.
I am extremely passionate about my work and clients, constantly striving to assist them in accomplishing their commercial objectives, delivering pragmatic solutions and easy-to-understand legal advice. I strive to ensure that all players in the transaction are fully informed and regularly updated to facilitate the smooth progression of the matter.
As a former martial arts enthusiast and competitive judoka, outside of office I enjoy swimming, cycling, exercising in the gym and skiing. As a keen traveller and explorer, I have previously spent time in Malta, Sydney and Vancouver working as an English language teacher for non-English speakers. I am a fluent speaker of German and Slovak.
