Harry Jones

Overview

I am a Solicitor in the Corporate team at Michelmores, based in our Cheltenham office and working across the Firm’s Cheltenham, Bristol, Exeter and London offices.

I advise on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, private equity investments and reorganisations for clients in a range of sectors.

I completed my undergraduate law degree at the University of Bristol and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2023.
