Solicitor – Admitted 2020
Overview
I am an Associate in Michelmores’ Transactional Real Estate team, based in the Bristol office. I advise a variety of public and private clients in a wide range of sectors, including energy, asset management and development. This work includes freehold and leasehold disposals/acquisitions, the granting and taking of commercial leases, commercial development, and secured lending.
I qualified as a Solicitor in a national law firm in 2020 and joined Michelmores in 2025. I really enjoy the firm’s collaborative, ambitious, and progressive culture.
I ran competitively in my 20s and was 12th amateur at the 2019 London Marathon (in a time of 2:23). Nowadays I run at a more leisurely pace.
I appear on the roll of solicitors as: Harrison David Allen, SRA Number: 652297.
