Overview
I am a Senior Associate with over 10 years’ experience advising on a variety of PFI and PPP infrastructure projects. I advise public sector bodies and project companies and have particular expertise in working closely with infrastructure investors and NHS Trusts.
I have been individually recognised by the Legal 500 as a ‘Rising Star’ and by Chambers UK as an ‘Associate to Watch’ in my practice area.
I have a broad array of experience and a particular focus on the healthcare sector. I am passionate about working in such an important sector and being able to assist in healthcare development.

Advising a PFI project SPV in relation to the issues arising from the service of a voluntary termination notice in respect of a service provider contract
Advising a PFI project SPV on the extension and termination of the facilities management services and incorporating a new building constructed by a third party into the PFI Project Agreement
