As a Corporate Solicitor at Michelmores’ London office, I specialise in mergers, acquisitions (M&A), and private equity transactions for both private and public clients.
I have extensive experience acting for scale-up companies throughout their equity fundraising journey, advising on everything from early-stage investments to larger financing rounds. I represent both companies and investors, including angel investors, venture capital funds, and private equity firms.
In addition to my broader corporate practice, I have a particular interest in consumer brands, and am a member of the firm’s Consumer Brands sector group. I am passionate about working with businesses that are shaping the future of the industry, helping them navigate the legal landscape while seizing growth opportunities. From innovative wellness start-ups to established consumer brands looking to expand, I bring a deep understanding of the sector’s unique challenges and opportunities, ensuring clients receive tailored advice that aligns with their commercial objectives. I also have a strong focus on Technology and Innovation, working closely with innovative tech companies and their investors.
