Overview
I’m a Senior Associate in the Commercial and Regulatory Disputes team.
I advise local, national, and international clients on a wide range of commercial and contractual disputes, high court litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Alongside my general commercial litigation work, I specialise in advising clients on data protection law and compliance issues, in relation to complex Subject Access and Freedom of Information Act requests, data breach situations and data sharing arrangements including as part of due diligence for corporate and property transactions.
I am proud to be recognised in legal directories including Legal 500 and Chambers as “a Rising Star”.
I am a French speaker and experienced in French law having studied Law with French at University including a year studying law at university in Bordeaux. Once a qualified lawyer, I worked on several occasions in the Paris office of a global, commercial law firm. At Michelmores, I am involved with maintaining and strengthening the relationship with our best friend firms in France.
Outside of work, I volunteer with the National Youth Advocacy Service as an Independent Volunteer Visitor which involves being a trusted friend for a young person in care in Devon. I am passionate about raising the profile of Volunteer Visiting amongst the business community in order to recruit more Visitors for looked after children in our county.

Advising a claimant client in relation to a multi-million-pound damages claim relating to a profit sharing and fee arrangement in respect of commercial property
Leading on a variety of data protection related pieces of advice to clients including in respect of CCTV, body worn video, cookies claims, Subject Access Requests in the context of Employment Tribunal proceedings and requests for information under the Environmental Information Regulations
Providing advice to a client in the transport sector in respect of direct marketing and cross-promotion of services to an associated membership group within the context of the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act parameters
Supporting a financial services client in a coverage dispute with its insurers
Representing the claimants and securing judgment including significant six-figure dividend payments in the clients’ favour following a four-week remote trial in the matter of Dalkilic and Pekin v Pekin and Paragon Property Investments Limited [2021] EWHC 219 (Ch) which involved a family shareholder dispute over the ownership of a valuable manufacturing company
