Overview
I am a Conveyancing Technician in Michelmores’ Residential Conveyancing team. I assist private individuals and property companies in residential sales, purchases and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties.
My main focus is on purchases of New Homes and Retirement Living Homes. I also assist clients with their related sales. I have extensive experience of dealing with the Help to Buy Scheme on purchases by First Time Buyers. I also assist property owners with remortgages and the redemption of Help to Buy loans.
I endeavour to provide clear advice and guidance throughout the conveyancing process. I find this is particularly important for clients who are purchasing their first home and for those who have not moved home for some years.
I joined Michelmores in 2001 as a secretary in the Commercial Property team, having worked in London as a Bilingual Legal Secretary. In 2012, I transferred to our Residential Conveyancing team and in 2020 I achieved the Council for Licensed Conveyancers Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice via Michelmores’ Apprenticeship scheme.
