Overview
I am a Partner in the Private Wealth team.
I undertake a broad range of private client work, including estate planning often involving trusts, tax, powers of attorney and wills for wealthy individuals and families.
My experience includes trust and probate administration and charity matters, including creating charities and governance.
I offer the role of trusted advisor to many clients who I have acted for over many years, and across generations and different branches of one family.
I am listed as a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 for both Personal Tax, Trusts & Probate and for Charities and not-for-profit in the South West.
I am a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Estate planning for families and trustees including Inheritance Tax planning and maximising relief on assets qualifying for business property relief and agricultural property relief
