I am a Solicitor in the Corporate team at Michelmores based in the Bristol office.
I assist on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and corporate reorganisations.
I trained at the Firm prior to qualification, having undertaken seats in Commercial Litigation, Corporate, Employment and Real Estate. Prior to this, I was a Paralegal at Osborne Clarke and studied Law and completed the LPC at the University of the West of England, Bristol, achieving first class honours and a distinction, respectively.
