Overview
I’m an experienced Partner in Michelmores’ Commercial team. I advise a wide range of clients on a spectrum of commercial issues that affect their businesses.
My clients operate in diverse sectors with a focus on the data, intermediary platforms and digital and technology solutions spaces, but I particularly relish working with start-up and scale-up companies in the ecology, sustainability and agri-tech arena. Not only is it an area I feel passionately about personally, but I really enjoy helping these companies develop their ideas with a legally solid foundation, exploring the potential of what they’ve created, and ensuring everything is commercially sound.
It’s a privilege to see a business from its infancy, and to support its growth and success; you really feel an integral part of the process, and are able to advise with a comprehensive understanding of the organisation and its people. That’s one of the reasons why I’m so proud of my involvement with MAINstream – a network created by Michelmores in 2019 which connects business angel investors with high-growth, early-stage companies based in the Southwest, and in Michelmores being recognised by the UKBAA as the Best Legal Team for Early Stage Deals.
