Overview
I am a Senior Associate in Michelmores’ Tax, Trusts and Succession team, having joined the firm in 2018 after qualifying in 2015 with a practice in Cheltenham.
I have experience in dealing with a broad range of private client issues including advising on a number of estate planning and succession matters, administering and creating trusts and providing advice in relation to court of protection cases.
A significant part of my practice involves looking after a number of UK families and landed estates, providing a holistic service which often involve other disciplines and necessitate liaison with their other advisors.
I am a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP)
Recent experience

Advising trustees on re-structuring existing family trusts including those governed by the Settled Land Act, for example to reflect a change in family circumstances.
Advising on the creation of lifetime settlements for asset protection purposes and drafting the necessary trust deeds.
Advising and preparing a Power of Attorney for a client who had severe communication problems and difficult family circumstances.
