I’m a Senior Associate in Michelmores’ Corporate team, which I joined in June 2024. I am based in our Bristol and Cheltenham offices. I advise clients on issues that affect them and/or their businesses – including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, private equity fundraisings, re-organisations, company law issues and general corporate governance matters.
My clients range from individual entrepreneurs, start-up companies and SMEs looking for guidance while starting out, to larger corporates and multi-national companies who require advice on complex transactions and regulatory matters.
