I’m a Senior Associate in the Corporate team at Michelmores. I advise companies and individuals on a wide variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, reorganisations and governance for clients in a range of sectors.
I have a particular interest in the sustainable economy and regularly advise developers, investors and fund managers in the Energy sector. I also enjoy working with start-up and scale-up companies and working with them to achieve their fundraising and other business goals.
I completed my training contract at Michelmores and also have experience advising charities and not-for-profit organisations after working in a national firm’s Charities team.
