About
Will is a solicitor in the Commercial and Regulatory Disputes Team.
Will advises on a range of commercial and regulatory disputes in both litigation and arbitration, including: contractual disputes (including sale of goods issues); shareholder disputes (including unfair prejudice petitions); disputes arising from corporate transactions; professional negligence (particularly lawyers' liability); defamation and intellectual property disputes.
Will originally worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for a professional rugby team prior to career-changing to law. Will obtained his GDL and LPC qualifications, following which he qualified as a solicitor in August 2020. Alongside work, Will is studying for an LLM in International Corporate and Commercial Law at Kings College London.

- Acting for a Defendant in the Commercial Court (London) regarding a sale of goods dispute.
- Representing a Respondent to a multi-million pound unfair prejudice petition concerning a property joint venture and three related disputes.
- Acting for the Claimant to an LCIA arbitration regarding disputed deferred consideration provisions of a Sale and Purchase Agreement.
