I’m a Senior Associate in our Private Property and Landed Estates team working with a range of clients in the private wealth sphere including entrepreneurs, landowning families and well-known individuals. My day-to-day work includes buying and selling property, along with everything that runs alongside this such as setting up building leases and management arrangements, drafting overage agreements, resolving boundary issues, advising on tenancies and dealing with rights over land (or lack of!).
