- Acting in the sale of a country house for over £2m where there were title issues to resolve as well as agricultural and residential occupancies affecting the property.
- Acting in the sale of five parcels of land to five separate buyers, where the land had formed part of a farm owned by a deceased proprietor. The farmhouse and a small piece of land were being retained by the executor of the estate, so adequate rights for access and services needed to be retained.
- Acting in the purchase of a historic country house for approximately £1m, which was a Grade II* Listed Building.
