I’m a Senior Paralegal in Michelmores’ Construction & Engineering team. I advise a wide range of clients on construction, engineering and development matters across a variety of different sectors.

The main focus of my work is the negotiation and drafting of building contracts, consultancy appointments, collateral warranties and other bespoke project documents. I also advise clients on construction due diligence for acquisitions and development funding, for both residential and commercial properties, as well as advising on EPC and O&M Contracts for new build and re-finance renewable energy projects, working closely with colleagues across the Firm.

I’m an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx). In additional to this, I’m also an active member of Constructing Excellence South West, as part of which I am proud to be a joint author of two Constructing Excellence South West publications: The Legal Guide to Offsite Manufacturing; and The Guide to Appointing an Architect.

I have been part of the team at Michelmores for five years, having worked as part of the Construction team at a Cardiff law firm for nine years previously.
