I am an Associate in the Michelmores’ Private Client team specialising in estate administration. I work closely with the Personal Representatives throughout the process of the administration to include collating information about the assets and liabilities, applying for the Grant of Representation, calculating the inheritance tax payable and making distributions to beneficiaries. I am passionate about supporting my clients through what can be a very vulnerable and emotional time and I aim to make the process as smooth as possible. I also work closely with a number of charities to ensure that their entitlement is protected and maximised whilst passing in line with the wishes of the Testator.
My career in law began back in 2012 with a firm in Taunton where I started my training as a Chartered Legal Executive. I completed my studying and qualified as a Fellow of CILEX in May 2020.

Advising a client on a complex IHT and abatement calculations whilst managing sensitive family difficulties
Successfully negotiating and manging the administration of an estate with significant tension between the Executors and beneficiaries.
