I am an Associate in Michelmores’ Agricultural Litigation team. I work with a wide range of agricultural and rural clients providing advice in relation to a variety of issues.

I advise on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, and my day-to-day work is extremely varied. On the non-contentious side, I assist with the preparation of tenancy agreements and related documents and advise clients on a range of issues including matters relating to public rights of way, the review of tenancy agreements and potential adverse possession or estoppel claims, to name a few.

On the contentious side, I am involved in advising clients on cases brought in front of either the Courts and Tribunals or in Arbitration proceedings. These cases can involve landlord and tenant disputes and claims in possession, estoppel, or adverse possession.

I joined Michelmores in 2017 as a Trainee Solicitor, having previously worked as a Paralegal at another firm in Bristol. I am a member of the Property Litigation Association.
