About
Francesca is an Associate in the Private Wealth team. She joined Michelmores in 2022 from Foot Anstey where she worked for six and a half years in the UK Tax and Succession team specialising in a wide range of private client work. Francesca is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and qualified as a solicitor in October 2015 having trained at a firm in West London.
Francesca advises clients in relation to their lifetime planning, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and deals with administration of estates.
Recent Experience
- Administering complex high value estates with assets in the UK and abroad;
- Advising clients in relation to Wills containing discretionary trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries, life interest trusts for blended families and complex guardianship provisions;
- Advice in relation to the inception of and winding up of trusts; and
- Setting up Lasting Powers of Attorney and providing lifetime inheritance tax planning advice.
