- Acting for a major house builder on a series of acquisitions structured by way of conditional contracts and option agreements. The team added value by producing tailor-made reports for the regional division, which identify not only development issues, but also highlight any potential matters that could impact on subsequent plot sales.
- Acting for a national car park operator on the acquisition, development and operation of a multi-storey car park at a strategic hospital site within a leasehold structure. The project was secured through a procurement process and involved multi-disciplinary advice from the property, planning and commercial teams.
- Acquiring a dis-used commercial property from the National Grid in the context of an auction sale (although the sale was affected by private treaty). This involved exchanging contracts within a very short timescale and advising on potential contamination issues and overage provisions.
