I am an Associate in the Transactional Real Estate team, based in Exeter.

My experience is diverse and includes work within both the private and public sector. I regularly advise private and commercial clients, landed estates, national house builders, police forces, central and non-ministerial government departments, and non-departmental public bodies.

In the private sector, I provide support on a broad range of matters which primarily involve commercial, agricultural and development land. Recently, I have provided support on the structure and delivery of several strategic land, sustainable development, and infrastructure projects.

In the public sector, my experience includes handling acquisitions, disposals, tenancies and a range of other development and asset management matters. I work closely with Richard Honey (Partner, Head of the Asset Management team) and together we negotiate complex, high value, and often politically sensitive projects for the Mayor’s Officer for Policing and Crime.

I trained and qualified at Michelmores and am admitted to practice in England and Wales.
