Michelmores has been rated as one of the Best Companies to Work For in the region by South West Business Insider (SWBI), where the Firm ranked 44th out of 75 businesses.
The Top 75 list is compiled by SWBI, based on the Regional Best Companies Index (RCBI), which ranks the region’s top performing companies in the annual Best Companies survey, completed by Michelmores employees.
The RBCI considers employee responses on aspects such as leadership and personal growth within the organisation. This is the second year that Michelmores has been listed in the region’s Top 75 Employers list.
Michelmores employs over 450 people across its offices in Exeter, Bristol and London. The Firm has numerous initiatives in place to help its people to reach their full potential, including agile and flexible working, comprehensive personal development programmes, and a workplace allies system to support better diversity and inclusivity.
