Michelmores has featured in Business Insider’s Best Companies to Work For in the South West report which recognises the top 75 organisations that are leading the field in creating engaging and exciting workplaces. Michelmores ranks at number 44, among just two other law firms, on the Regional Best Companies Index which accumulates the responses of employees for factors such as leadership, team mentality and personal growth.
Michelmores, who employ over 450 people across offices in London, Bristol and Exeter, has a number of initiatives aimed at helping employees reach their potential.
