Michelmores advises the management team in XVR Simulation and LearnPro eFireservice MBO sponsored by Apiary Capital
The Corporate team has acted for the management team in the Apiary Capital sponsored simultaneous management buy-outs of XVR of the Netherlands and LearnPro of the UK.
XVR's virtual reality platform provides e-learning packages which can be combined with online management of compliance. It is a global leader in its field. LearnPro eFireservice specialises in e-learning software for the NHS and the fire & rescue sector.
Combined, XVR and LearnPro provide a platform for learning management, competency reporting and training via an immersive, Virtual Reality simulated environment. Together, the merged organisations already reach over 450 fire, police and health customers in more than 50 countries. They currently train in excess of 300,000 public sector personnel annually.
