Ian Potts wins The John Laurence Special Contribution Award

The winners of the 16th annual Michelmores Property Awards have been revealed, celebrating outstanding property and construction projects in Devon, Somerset, Bristol, Dorset and Cornwall, across ten categories. 

Congratulations to Ian Potts – winner of The John Laurence Special Contribution Award.

With a career spanning 30 years, Ian is an award-winning architect of several prominent buildings in and around Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall including the regeneration of Padstow’s waterfront and the recently completed STEM building at Plymouth City College.


The winners were announced at an Awards Dinner on Thursday 7 June at the University of Exeter, hosted by comedian and actor Josh Widdecombe.
