Recent experience

Obtained Indefinite Leave to Remain for a Tier 1 (Investor) applicant and their family, despite a significant breach of the 180-day residence requirement. Recognising the complexity of their situation, we prepared detailed and persuasive representations, presenting compelling evidence to explain the breach. Our approach involved close collaboration with the Home Office and engagement with a Member of Parliament to ensure the applications received due consideration. This diligent advocacy resulted in the approval of Indefinite Leave to Remain for the client and their family, safeguarding their future in the UK.

Secured a Medical Visitor visa for an individual who had a complex UK immigration history. Our approach involved anticipating and addressing potential objections, while presenting extensive evidence of the applicant’s personal ties to their country of residence and their ability to independently fund medical treatment in the UK. Due to our detailed preparation and robust submissions, the visa was granted in under five days.

Secured Indefinite Leave to Remain under the revised 2024 ten-year long residence route for a client who faced significant challenges after losing their Skilled Worker visa employment in 2023. Following receipt of their Skilled Worker visa curtailment notice from the Home Office in late 2024, we acted swiftly to prepare and submit their application within one week. We ensured all evidence was meticulously presented and the end of their Skilled Worker sponsorship carefully explained. We secured Super Priority processing and an expedited biometric appointment. This resulted in the client being granted ILR just one day after attending their biometric appointment.

Provided tailored advice to a South American author on their eligibility for a Global Talent visa. Taking into account their extensive background, achievements, and professional profile, we conducted a detailed assessment to evaluate the strength of their case. Our guidance offered a clear and comprehensive understanding of the requirements, as well as the likelihood of their application being approved, enabling them to make an informed decision about pursuing this visa route.
