Exeter based Michelmores partner Brian Hitchcock is to be one of the main speakers at the annual RICS South West CPD (Continuous Professional Development) Day.
The event offers members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) a unique opportunity to update their professional knowledge and to keep up with the latest market developments.
Brian Hitchcock specialises in all aspects of construction, engineering and procurement law. He will be updating delegates on construction procurement methods including rules and procedures, contracts guidance and understanding and dealing with risks.
Amongst other topics to be addressed by an expert panel of speakers are risk management in construction projects, construction case law updates, building regulations, financial planning and viability, land and affordable housing, commercial landlord and tenant update, flooding assessment and risk, planning law update and high street planning and regulation.
