Michelmores is joining the likes of Santander, RBS and Deloitte LLP in publishing their parental leave and pay policies. This follows the launch of Jo Swinson MP’s campaign to reduce pregnancy and maternity discrimination by requesting all employers with more than 250 employees to publish details of their parental leave and pay entitlements.
Michelmores recognises that candidates looking to join the Firm may be interested in the parental leave and pay policies and that greater transparency on this topic will improve workplace equality.
Colette Stevens, HR Director at Michelmores, says:
“We are really pleased to share our parental leave policies and pay with people looking to start a career at the Firm. We are committed to ensuring Michelmores is a flexible and family friendly workplace, where everyone is supported at each stage of their career”.
