Michelmores is celebrating after being awarded a One Star accreditation in the 2018 Best Companies survey for the third consecutive year.
The Best Companies accreditation is recognised nationally as the ‘Michelin star’ rating for employers who are committed to creating a positive working environment.
Retaining its One star status from 2017, the 2018 survey see Michelmores achieve its highest ever survey results, moving up within the One Star category.
The independent ‘b-heard’ survey is based entirely on staff feedback, and focuses on employee engagement as an integral part of a company’s success and growth and sets a benchmark for other employers.

These are changes we are very proud of, and which have made a real difference to our people’s working lives.”
Michelmores employs 450 people across its offices in London, Bristol and Exeter. The Firm has introduced a variety of initiatives which are focused on creating a more collaborative and inclusive culture including a range of development programmes aimed at different skills and talents, agile working, a commitment to Apprenticeships, and a workplace allies system to support under-represented groups.
