For Global Entrepreneurs Week 2024, Michelmores partnered with Women in Telecoms & Technology (WiTT) to celebrate women tech entrepreneurs.
Anne Todd introduced a panel of exceptional women founders during a discussion led by Audrey Mandela, the co-founder of Multimap.com.
The panellists were:
- Jessi Baker, Founder of Provenance;
- Jaye Cowle, Founder of Launch; and
- Sushma Shankar, Co-Founder & CEO of Deep Planet.
It was a very lively and informative discussion and we heard the panellists views and experiences on a range of topics, including:
- their own challenges in starting and growing (and in some cases selling) their businesses;
- best and worst decisions made while building their businesses;
- differences between male and female entrepreneurs, the types of businesses they started, their management styles, and their experiences of raising capital; and
- advice for other women entrepreneurs.
We look forward to hosting this again in 2025!
