The Renewable Energy team at Michelmores LLP has acted for Clinton Devon Estates in relation to two solar developments in Liverton, East Devon. The construction arrangements were concluded with Solar Century Holdings Limited in 2014, with one of the farms energised by Christmas with the second energised in mid-March.
The Michelmores team, which was led by associate Alexandra Watson and solar specialist Joanne Cook, advised on all aspects of the EPC contract, operations and maintenance agreement and financing of the Project.

Clinton Devon Estates owns and manages 25,000 acres of land across three separate estates in Devon and has been researching a variety of sustainable energy projects, including biomass, wind energy, anaerobic digestion and solar PV.
